MILLERSVILLE, MD. – On Wednesday, March 1, 2017, Scott Fasano was appointed the President of Travel Advantage Network. In Fasano's role as President, he will provide operational and strategic leadership for the organization by implementing strategies and managing overall company operations and resources, with a strong focus on customer service.
"This is a 25-year-old company with a solid business model," said Fasano. "My intention is to amplify the customer-centric model to award-winning levels with an eye on how our company can evolve its resources and technology to provide high-value vacation experiences."
Fasano has spent his entire career in the hospitality and travel industry, most recently as COO of Elevate Cleans and Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) of MetaCoastal, LLC. Earlier leadership roles were with companies including Luggage Services and Logistics, Bags Inc, AirTran Airways, and Delta Air Lines. Throughout his career, he has improved profit margins and operating performance, reduced business expenses, and directed strategic planning. One of his core values that has remained consistent throughout his initiatives is a customer-service focus.
Since 1992, Travel Advantage Network, a vacation accommodations program, has helped nearly 80,000 families and individuals create lifelong vacation memories throughout the United States, Mexico and Caribbean. Travel Advantage Network is a recipient of SmartCEO Magazine's 2008 and 2009 Future 50 Award, recognizing the fastest growing companies in the greater Baltimore area.
