Cohen and Diane Estner to its corporate Board of Advisors, effective June 1, 2019. With rapid growth, adoption and expansion of the platform expected over the next two quarters of 2019, these strategic appointments reflect UgoVirtual's commitment to ongoing innovation in the hotel and travel market, as it brings its advanced suite of virtual solutions to the industry.

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality technology and commercialization, Michael Cohen possesses deep industry expertise in strategic product marketing, branding and revenue growth strategies that have assisted in bringing his clients to the forefront of the market. Throughout his successful career, he has held top management and business development roles with notable companies, such as AT&T Wi-Fi, Openways, INTEREL and others. He has also worked to foster strategic partnerships with Bell, IBM Global Services, Cisco and Deutsche Telecom.

Diane Estner has been a fixture in the hospitality vertical for over 25 years. In 1996, she helped establish a hosted communications service and middleware platform that today supports nearly all major hotel brands worldwide. She formed DANNI Enterprises in 2014 in order to support the exciting technological shifts occurring in hospitality today. Estner is passionate about mobility, data analytics, guest personalization, loyalty, Wi-Fi, hosted UCaaS and sustainability solutions, as well as the emergence of virtual solutions and their impact on the travel industry.
