Zoe Lara will now be responsible for leading the regional sales and marketing teams in the Americas region.
MADRID – Palladium Hotel Group announced a new role and change in the management structure for the area of sales and marketing in the Americas. Zoe Lara, who joined Palladium Hotel Group in 2022, and successfully served as Country Sales Director for Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, has been promoted to Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing for the Americas, taking on responsibility for the management and leading the regional teams of Sales and Marketing, both in the outbound markets and those responsible for the commercial performance of the hotels in the continent.
Lara expressed her enthusiasm for the great challenge to be assumed, given the significance of the Americas for the hotel company, where there is huge growth and development potential, given the interest of the outbound markets in all the destinations where the hotel group operates.

Zoe Lara is considered a stalwart in the hospitality industry, having an extensive career in hotels, with more than two decades of experience. Throughout her career, Lara has held positions of high responsibility in leading companies in the sector, such as Meliá and AMResort or Hyatt Inclusive Collection, always closely related to the Sales & Marketing departments. She has had outstanding performance in key markets such as USA, Canada, Mexico and LATAM, among others.
