With over a decade of experience in the industry, and having worked with some of the top leaders in the business, Paul demonstrates a distinct leadership style that sets him apart. His vision for Banyan Tree Dubai is to create an oasis of calm and relaxation amidst the bustling city of Dubai, offering guests a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern hospitality graced with Asian touches and contemporary luxury.
Aiming to set Banyan Tree Dubai apart from other hotels in the city, Paul plans to incorporate unique elements into the resort’s recreational facilities, including the signature Banyan Tree Spa, alongside various dining destinations. To provide bespoke experiences to every guest, Paul is implementing a flat organisational structure that prioritises teamwork and customer-focused services while also hosting training sessions about the brand’s signature hospitality and Dubai’s cultural norms.
Paul will also launch several guest-centric initiatives, including a special programme to create a customised itinerary, by gathering each guest’s data and preferences before their arrival. Recognising the significance of the city’s dynamic atmosphere, Paul will integrate more local elements into the identity of Banyan Tree Dubai by collaborating with local artisans, designers, and suppliers, and forging partnerships with local organisations to give back to the community.
In its holistic pursuit of sustainability, the property is introducing an array of wellness features, including organic and locally sourced food options, as well as yoga and meditation classes, creating a comprehensive and eco-conscious approach to the guest experience.
