Over the course of her nine years with the company, she has made numerous meaningful enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing innovative processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient. Her work has not only reduced costs but has enhanced the associate experience. Crystal is passionate about serving others both inside and outside the organization and often volunteers with the Girl Scouts of the USA organization as well as a local animal rescue group.
