Eva Mendoza to lead Ted Turner Reserves Southern New Mexico Guest Operations

Eva Mendoza joined Ted Turner Reserves in February as the Manager of the organization’s central reservations office.

RATON, NM – Ted Turner Reserves, the groundbreaking conservation focused hospitality brand, has promoted Eva Mendoza to General Manager of Southern New Mexico Guest Operations.

She will govern hospitality functions for Ted Turner Reserves three distinctive properties in Sierra County, New Mexico: Ladder in Caballo, NM, Armendaris in Engle, NM and Sierra Grande in Truth or Consequences, NM.

Prior to joining the company, Eva led operations for many independent resorts and branded hotels in the Western United States, most recently as a multi-property Managing Director with Collective Retreats, General Manager for Lucky Arrow Retreat and Regional Operations Manager for Heritage Hotels & Resorts.

“Eva is guided by her passion to deliver world class customer service and accommodations at our unique collection of properties in Southern New Mexico, while ensuring growth in financial performance to aid in the continuation of our conservation efforts,” said Jade McBride, President of Ted Turner Reserves. “In her short time with us, Eva has already proven herself to be a capable leader and accountable mentor to many of our team members. We are excited for the positive changes Eva’s leadership will bring to Ted Turner Reserves”. 

Eva has enjoyed a 25+ year career in hospitality management and is a graduate of New Mexico State University’s Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management program, where she also earned her MBA. A resident of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, and is an active volunteer in regional health organizations such as Ambercare Hospice and the American Red Cross.
