Bernardo Pinheiro is eager to leverage his expertise and dedication to support the community that has played a significant role in his upbringing while contributing to the ongoing growth and prosperity of the Miami Beach Convention Center.
MIAMI BEACH, FL – The Miami Beach Convention Center, managed by OVG360, announce the appointment of Bernardo Pinheiro as its new Director of Human Resources. With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Pinheiro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining the Miami Beach Convention Center, Pinheiro served as the Director of People and Culture at the Forbes 5 Star, Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, where he played a crucial role in shaping the culture and engagement at the property. During his tenure, he successfully increased the hotel’s Employee Engagement score and led international recruiting efforts for this historical beachside hotel, a hallmark in Surfside, Florida.
Pinheiro’s extensive experience also includes a 20-year tenure at the iconic Loews Miami Beach Hotel, where he held various positions, including Director of Housekeeping, Director of Front Office Operations, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. His diverse background in both operations and human resources makes him an ideal fit for his new role at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Born in Brazil and raised between Bay Harbor and Miami Beach, Pinheiro is a proud graduate of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Miami Beach Senior High and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
