DUBAI – Following the announcement of bringing the best real estate talent for its growth plans and new multiple project launches this year, Samana Developers announced the appointment of a real estate expert, Ms Najmeh Jafari, as General Manager.
A former executive from leading developers such as Emaar Properties, Damac Properties and Azizi Developments, Najmeh brings a wealth of 12 years of real estate knowledge and expertise. She will play a key role in consolidating operations and growth of Samana Developers, which is set for 400% for this year.
Najmeh has a successful track record of leading and mentoring teams, implementing effective strategies and driving growth. She has an astute ability to monitor the performance of a new real estate project – from concept, and development to investor relations. She is highly experienced in the areas of project management, contract management and the construction cycle.
Besides being well-versed in financial planning, Najmeh has an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of Dubai real estate.
At Samana Developers, the new General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the company and engage with the development team to help conceptualize, innovate and create new luxury projects.
One of her responsibilities involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for the domestic and international markets.
Customer satisfaction is a key factor at Samana Developers in investor relations. Najmeh will be mentoring the customer service team to ensure the best customer satisfaction. She will help strengthen relations with all stakeholders, especially domestic and international investors and brokers.
