In addition to managing field sales and national accounts in the US market, Carlos Garzon will oversee the activities of SeaDream’s global team of Sales Directors.
Boutique luxury cruise line SeaDream Yacht Club has named Carlos Garzon Vice President of Field Sales and National Accounts. Garzon brings two decades of cruise and travel industry experience in sales, marketing, brand and revenue management.

Family owned and operated, SeaDream Yacht Club founded modern yacht cruising in 2001. Today, the boutique luxury cruise line offers distinct yachting adventures in the Caribbean, Europe and Mediterranean on two small, newly upgraded yachts. With a 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio, guests can enjoy unprecedented service, unique all-inclusive culinary experiences and included activities such as watersports directly from the yachts.

Over the past two decades, Garzon has held senior positions in Regent Seven Seas, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Vantage Deluxe World Travel, and Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). Garzon joins SeaDream from Ensemble Travel Group, where he was Vice President of Partner Relations for cruise.

Garzon be working from SeaDream Yacht Club’s Florida office, and report to Andreas Brynestad.

The appointment of Garzon completes SeaDream’s strategic realignment of the luxury cruise line’s global sales efforts, with Garzon taking on national accounts and field sales, Bob Becker leading inside sales efforts, and Bob Lepisto spearheading SeaDream’s exclusive charter business.
Garzon is the latest in a series of new senior and key appointments in SeaDream Yacht Club.
Recent additions include Kari Tarnowski as Vice President of Marketing, Bob Becker as Vice President Guest Development, Mark Schmitt, Sales Director UK and Ireland, as well as Rune Thomas Ege, Senior Vice President of Communications.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
