The Ascott Limited has appointed Ngor Houai Lee as Deputy Managing Director of Ascott Europe.

Lee is a hugely experienced operations executive who has helped to build the success of some of the world’s largest mobile and technology companies, including Gemalto (formerly Schlumberger) for more than 20 years.

Lee has broad-ranging experience managing up to 800 staff in Europe and Asia Pacific markets and speaks four languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, French and English, allowing him to spearhead the strategic direction across the globe.

In his new role, Lee will be responsible for overall business growth with location across UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Ireland and Georgia and will support key group projects.

I am delighted to start a new challenge within The Ascott Limited as major growth opportunities continue to develop across a very competitive market in Europe.

Lee adds, “Ascott’s European portfolio includes Citadines apart’hotels, five-star residences with the Crest Collection in Paris, alongside properties such as The Cavendish in London and Temple Bar Hotel Dublin, meaning there is something to suit every traveller and guest.
