“Dream Hotel Group is ready!” said Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein. “We are thrilled to reopen our doors and safely welcome guests back to experience the forward-thinking design, bespoke service and cultural programming for which our hotels, restaurants and bars are known. While much of the world has changed, our goal remains the same – to deliver a safe and memorable experience for our guests – and that is what we plan to do.”

In preparation for reopening, Dream Hotel Group developed a comprehensive health and cleanliness plan for all of its hotels, restaurants and bars that supplements the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay guidelines and is based on recommendations and requirements of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Department of Health (DOH), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other federal, state and local agencies, as well as information from the National Restaurant Association, cleaning product suppliers and other partners to minimize risk and enhance the safety for guests and associates.

A few of the enhanced safety standards and technologies guests can expect to see include: mandatory face coverings for all guests, visitors and staff throughout the hotel’s public spaces; extensive cleaning and sanitizing measures; hand sanitizer stations widely available in high traffic areas; increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection of high touch surfaces including elevator buttons; mandatory temperature checks and health screenings of all staff and vendors prior to entering the premises; new physical distancing guidelines; reconfigured public spaces allowing for proper physical distancing; contactless check-in and check-out at most hotels;, no-touch payment options; no-contact food ordering and delivery; amplified employee training programs; the use of personal protective equipment and more.

“Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our guests, our associates and our communities. At Dream Hotel Group, we have been working tirelessly to develop new health and safety protocols and procedures to prepare our hotels for reopening, and we are eager to welcome guests back when they are ready,” added Stein. “We know our guests will want to travel again. We know they want to eat, drink and celebrate out again. And we want to give them peace of mind when they do. Now, with new guidelines in place, our guests can enjoy the excitement of travel, dining and nightlife with the comfort and confidence of knowing that we have addressed all the important touch points to minimize their risk and enhance their safety. As the world continues to reopen, we want to remind travelers near and far that Dream Hotel Group is here, cleaner and safer than ever before.”
