Africa Adventure Company celebrates 30th anniversary as leading Africa specialist

The Africa Adventure Company was created to provide safari travelers with tailor made vacation experiences from expert safari consultants who have all traveled extensively throughout Africa.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – The Africa Adventure Company is celebrating its 30th anniversary as an award-winning safari specialist introducing people to the incredible magic of Africa. In addition to observing this milestone all year round with seven new specialized trips, the company’s founder Mark Nolting has released two travel tool essentials, the 2nd Revised Edition of the Safari Planning Map and African Safari Journal & Field Guide.

The Africa Adventure Company was created to provide safari travelers with tailor made vacation experiences from expert safari consultants who have all traveled extensively throughout Africa. Owners Mark and Alison Nolting provide a refreshingly passionate approach to creating personalized, life-changing experiences to all who visit Africa in search of a safari that is sustainable, wildlife driven, and gives back to the community.

As a consummate explorer and researcher, the company’s founder Mark Nolting’s expertise is the result of over 30 years of adventuring and study. Part of this knowledge comes from the fact that Mark Nolting has written an extensive guide on relevant information for planning a safari. Nolting’s 2nd Revised Edition Safari Planning Map is the quintessential planning tool for the safari experience, based on over 30 years of his continent exploration and enthusiasm for African wildlife. Highlighter in hand, families can gather around the realistically illustrated 26″x38″ map and trace potential routes from camp to camp.

The 2nd Revised Edition of the Safari Planning Map focuses on East and Southern Africa. Enlargements of Rwanda and Uganda’s gorilla area, along with popular game viewing areas covering Okavango Delta (Botswana) to Victoria Falls are featured on side 2. With this new edition of the map, exclusive charts are included and cover the best times for game viewing, what wildlife is best seen where and which safari activities are available at various parks and reserves.

In addition to the Safari Planning Map, Mark previously authored the comprehensive African Safari Journal & Field Guide. This detailed journal features a color illustrated guide, checklist, and journal pages for safari-goers to record their experiences for future reference. With 62 color maps and 30 blank journal pages, readers will be able to gain a thorough understanding of the African continent and record their safari memories.
