With an additional weekly service, airberlin will then fly to Puerto Plata every Monday and Wednesday with an A330-200.
In future, airberlin will operate additional flights to highly-demanded touristic destinations from Dusseldorf. As of May 2016, airberlin increases the number of flights to Punta Cana and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic and further increase its capacity to Mallorca.
With an additional weekly service, airberlin will then fly to Puerto Plata every Monday and Wednesday with an A330-200. airberlin will also operate an additional flight to Punta Cana from May, with its three weekly services then departing every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. These additional flights will have excellent connections via the hub.
