Alaska Airlines begins nonstop flights between Anchorage, Alaska and Spokane, Washington

Flights will be operated with fuel-efficient Boeing 737 aircraft. Onboard, customers will get to enjoy more of what they love, including the airline’s popular streaming entertainment service, Alaska Beyond Entertainment.

SEATTLE – Alaska Airlines started seasonal, nonstop service from June 11, between Anchorage, Alaska and Spokane, Washington. The flights will operate once weekly, on Saturdays, through Aug. 27, 2016.

"Alaska Airlines is excited to introduce the first ever nonstop service between Spokane and Anchorage for the peak summer travel season," said John Kirby, the airline's vice president of capacity planning. "Our Anchorage and Spokane customers will enjoy another nonstop destination, where they can continue to reap the benefits of our award-winning customer service and loyalty program."

Flights will be operated with fuel-efficient Boeing 737 aircraft. Onboard, customers will get to enjoy more of what they love, including the airline's popular streaming entertainment service, Alaska Beyond Entertainment, offering both free and pay-per-view titles direct to customer devices along with inflight entertainment tablets available for rent, Pacific Northwest-inspired food and beverages and custom leather seats.
