Inaugural SEE 2019 conference will take place in Toronto, November 8-9, 2019.
TORONTO – CrowdRiff, the leading visual marketing platform for travel and tourism brands, will host its inaugural travel marketing conference in Toronto this November. SEE – an acronym for Seek, Explore, Experience – will bring together the world’s smartest (and coolest) travel and tourism marketers for two days of keynote talks, hands-on training, networking, and adventure.
The conference will focus on three main tracks: Seek is created for digital/social media specialists in the travel and tourism industry who want to develop their skillsets in areas such as visual storytelling, advanced SEO, and Facebook advertising. Explore will enable digital marketing leaders to investigate the bigger picture strategy and approach to travel and tourism marketing in areas such as designing guest experiences and building more diversity and inclusion into their brand marketing. Experience encompasses an evening festival of tourism short films, an Instagram scavenger hunt, and a night out at the historic Steam Whistle Brewery.
The growing speaker roster features an opening keynote from Skift co-founder Rafat Ali. The lineup of confirmed speakers includes Jesse Desjardins, former Global Manager, Social and Content at Tourism Australia and winner of 3 Cannes Lions; and Hannah Smith, Tourism Vancouver Island’s Director of Social Strategy; food and travel journalist Suresh Doss; and Josh Collins, CrowdRiff’s first customer and Director of Destination Activations at Streetsense. More presenters will be announced in the coming weeks, along with the full program schedule.
“We have the privilege of working with over 600 of the world’s leading travel and tourism brands. We created the SEE conference to bring together the best minds in the industry to learn, get inspired, and connect with each other,” said Dan Holowack, co-founder and CEO of CrowdRiff.
