CWT shared positive feedback from clients who have already tested the new generation technology confirming that over 150 demos of the KDS Neo product have taken place since last summer, to multinational companies with an expectation that more than 100 clients around the world will choose KDS products by the end of 2014.

Speaking at KDS Now CWT’s Nicholas Vournakis, senior vice president, global marketing, said: “KDS Neo is a game changer for the industry when it comes to the user experience. Across the world corporate travelers have been seeking a smooth and personalized service when it comes to travel booking and expense reimbursement. There is a changing expectation that the experience in a corporate setting versus a personal one should be no different and KDS Neo is finally closing the gap between the B2B and B2C experience. We are delighted with the response from clients so far and the fact it’s now able to be offered worldwide is a significant new chapter, for not only CWT but also the wider business travel industry.”

Vournakis added: “CWT is excited to be on the front end of this important industry shift and help take KDS Neo and Expense global. Building on the successful reputation that we have already built up across EMEA, we are co-investing with KDS to create a truly unique functionality that is being introduced across the world, starting with the U.S. We want to ensure we carry on leading the industry and offering our clients the latest and most innovative products – creating as seamless combination of user experience and expense management.”

Dean Forbes, chief executive officer, KDS concluded: “CWT and KDS have been working tirelessly together to ensure KDS products and services are offered across all regions including NORAM, where we previously haven’t had the same exposure and reputation as in EMEA. As two companies which have digital technology and innovation at our very core, we are eager that we forge ahead with products such as KDS Neo Expense and develop more solutions that will truly change the business travel arena for good.”
