Another edition of AIPC<.>`s highly rated Excellence in Customer Service training program will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from April 7-12, 2002.



The course is aimed at event planners, sales people as well as other congress center staff whose jobs bring them into contact with clients.



Six ECS courses have taken place already, with 63 participants from 32 centres in attendance. Participants represented a wide range of job responsibilities from chief executives to heads of department and team leaders.
