Accessible via the toll-free 800 4345, the new call centre will be on hand to take reservations for new customers and to deal with requests for repairs and maintenance, emergency assistance and general enquiries from existing customers.
The new call centre will be overseen by new manager, Vanessa Holt, who joins Hertz UAE from the call centre of a leading building society in the UK. Our business has been growing at a phenomenal rate with our fleet more than doubling over the last two years due to growing demand for short term rentals and leasing.
