KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will suspend services between the Dutch cities of Eindhoven and Amsterdam effective December 20, 2003.

This decision reflects prevailing market and cost developments. Flights on this route will be operated by KLM exel until November 1, and subsequently by KLM cityhopper until December 19. Thereafter, passengers travelling to and from Schiphol from the greater Eindhoven area will have the option of either taking the train or flying via Maastricht Airport.
