Reduce travel costs with airberlin

Companies can now reap double benefits when booking flights until 31st December 2012: double points will be awarded for all flights that are booked by 30th September 2012 within the German and European business points route network.

airberlin is enjoying great success with its corporate program, business points, for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which was introduced in 2010; there are currently more than 10,000 companies participating. With the business points program, SMEs can effectively reduce their travel costs through all their employees collecting points for the company when they travel on flights with airberlin and on numerous codeshare flights with Etihad Airways. It takes 300 points to book an award flight on a domestic route in Germany. Points can also be used to book award flights in Business Class, for example flights with airberlin to the USA cities of Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York or flights with Etihad Airways to Asia, Australia, South Africa or the Gulf States.

Companies can now reap double benefits when booking flights until 31st December 2012: double points will be awarded for all flights that are booked by 30th September 2012 within the German and European business points route network. If a company books at least ten flights in the business points route network during the campaign period, an additional one-off bonus of 100 points will be credited to its account.

There’s a great advantage for topbonus members: the business points program can be combined with topbonus, airberlin’s frequent flyer program. On every flight taken, the traveller can earn topbonus award miles, which can also be redeemed for award flights. On all flights booked in September passengers will be awarded double topbonus award miles. For five one-way flights an additional 5,000 miles will be awarded, or 10,000 extra miles for ten one-way flights.  The travel period runs until 31st December 2012. Award miles are valid for three years on airberlin’s topbonus frequent flyer program, which is free of charge. An award flight can be booked from as little as 7,500 award miles and may be transferred to another person.
