TRX offers more than 20 travel technology utilities as hosted software with support services for travel data analytics, data management, workflow management, as well as other functions to deliver cost savings and productivity gains. Each stand-alone and independent travel utility provides a powerful and flexible functionality set along with quick implementation timeframes to accelerate a client’s return on investment (ROI).
Four travel technology utilities are featured in this initial launch, Airline Contract Manager, Queue Manager, Profile Manager and Commission Manager, with others to launch over the coming months.
Airline Contract Manager enables the management of airline contracts across the contract life cycle from planning, performance evaluation and utilization to compliance, discount optimization and ROI measurement. Airline Contract Manager consolidates global travel data from a wide range of travel data sources into TRX’s travel management data warehouse and evaluates all the parameters for multiple contracts, including overlapping and competitive markets. A library of robust reports, analytics and dashboards empowers travel managers with actionable and timely information to effectively manage their contractual air spend.
Queue Manager is a hosted workflow management utility for multi-location and/or multi-account travel operations teams designed to facilitate the management of transactional tasks, track agent productivity, and identify process error trends. Travel management companies, airlines, or business process outsourcing providers can monitor service levels, quantify re-engineering and automation opportunities, grow productivity with existing resources, and improve billing and cost allocation.
Profile Manager is a hosted application that enables travel managers to set a standard traveler profile template, store traveler profiles, and synchronize changes across all major global distribution systems and independent ERPs. Profile Manager includes over 250 standard fields that can be supplemented with custom defined fields. Field entries can be text, validated text or drop-down lists. Profile synchronization with other platforms such as global profile management tools and HR systems is a snap using DATABRIDGE profile batch processing or our state-of-the-art TRX Web Services for real-time profile synchronization.
Commission Manager is a hosted, commission data collection, tracking, and reconciliation utility that helps travel management companies and corporate travel departments streamline the commission recovery process, lower costs through improved access to commission data, and generate additional revenue through increased commission payments.

Profile Manager is currently used by Amadeus e-Travel Management as well as nearly one hundred corporations for managing traveler profiles. Commission Manager is a joint venture launched between TRX and Perot Systems Corporation to deliver an unmatched commission recovery solution.
