Wizz Air launches London/Luton-Varna flights

Wizz Air, the largest low fare-low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe announced that it would launch new flights from London/Luton to Varna (Bulgaria) this summer. The seasonal route will be operated twice a week in the period between 27 June and 05 September. 

Wizz Air already serves Bourgas,  another popular Black Sea resort, from London/Luton as well as Sofia, the Bulgarian capital.

Varna becomes Wizz Air’s 16th destination from London Luton airport. Tickets are already on sale with one way all inclusive fares starting from as low as 52,99 GBP on wizzair.com or via call center by calling 09044759500 in UK.

Wizz Air carried 5,9 mln passengers in 2008, translating into a 41% growth vs. 2007.
The airline’s fleet is currently consisting of 22 Airbus A320 aircraft operating from 10 bases in Poland (Katowice, Warsaw, Gdansk and Poznan), Hungary (Budapest), Bulgaria (Sofia), Romania (Bucharest, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca) and Ukraine (Kiev).
