The Boards of Directors of Rimini Fiera and Fiera di Vicenza approved a document that formally begins the integration of the two expo hubs, an integration on which the relative Shareholders Meetings will have to express their assent by the end of the year.
The following step will be the nomination of an expert appointed for evaluation procedure.

The agreement reached foresees the confirmation of Lorenzo Cagnoni as Chairman and MD and the addition of two board members nominated by Fiera di Vicenza.
One of them will be Matteo Marzotto, who will assume the role of Vice Chairman.
