FINN Partners named global agency of record by Trip.com Group

FINN travel experts across the globe to direct comprehensive corporate communications and Social Media programs.

HONG KONG – Global marketing and communications agency, FINN Partners Travel & Lifestyle Group been named agency of record by Trip.com Group, one of the world’s largest and most highly respected travel services providers.

Covering a global remit, the account will be spearheaded by CatchOn, a FINN Partners Company across their offices in China and Hong Kong and FINN teams in London and New York working alongside the Trip.com team based in Shanghai.

The global team, working in the US, Europe and Asia, will create and implement an extensive scope of corporate communications activities to elevate Trip.com Group’s brands and bolster its corporate reputation among consumers as well as trade and business stakeholders. The assignment, which begins in March, includes creative campaign ideation; corporate and consumer media relations; content development; crisis communications and social media.

Central to FINN’s work for Trip.com Group will be leveraging its deep database to help advise on trends as well as rebuilding and recovery for tourism destinations and organizations as the industry moves on from the impact of COVID19. FINN’s remit also includes reinforcing Trip.com Group’s commitment to sustainable tourism.
