NASHVILLE, TN – Fontanel announced a stellar addition to the Fontanel management team, Ms. Lauren Stout as Director of Sales. Lauren is originally from a small town outside Wichita, KS and has been a Nashville resident for over 15 years, during which time she has been working in the hospitality industry for 10. Her most recent position was as a top Catering Sales Manager at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
Lauren has served as Director of Sales in a pre and post opening capacity with the Nashville based celebrity chef driven restaurant group by Maneet Chauhan, and was a franchisee and City Director of RAW: Natural Born Artists exemplifying amazing growth of this successful showcase. She also has sales and marketing roots with the MStreet Restaurant Group and Entertainment out of Nashville. Lauren is currently on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Meeting Planners International, as well as the Iroquois Steeplechase.
