From static reporting to real-time insights – CWT AnalytIQs

Bringing all data sources into an easy-to-use interface with benchmarking, insights, and recommendations is what travel management professionals have been asking for and what CWT AnalytIQs has been created to deliver.

AMSTERDAM – Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s (CWT) launch its new, proprietary business intelligence tool, CWT AnalytIQs. Designed for and piloted by travel managers, the new product will be used by over 5,000 travel managers once the global rollout is complete in December 2015.

CWT AnalytIQs is designed to be THE product that travel managers want and need to manage their entire travel program end-to-end. Travel managers will not only have access to traditional travel agency data, but also many additional data sources like expense, credit card, supplier and traveler profile data, unused tickets and even off-channel bookings.

Bringing all data sources into an easy-to-use interface with benchmarking, insights, and recommendations is what travel management professionals have been asking for and what CWT AnalytIQs has been created to deliver.

Doug Anderson, president & CEO, CWT, summarized: “Our goal is to take our clients from a world of facts, figures and reports to a world of connections, insights and possibilities. Our aim is to not only change how we deliver travel data but change the industry for good.”

David Moran, executive vice president, CWT commented: “Today’s travel manager wants an intuitive, tailored tool that makes their everyday lives easier. The key for CWT AnalytIQs is having that data near real-time with instant benchmarking and insights ready to manage and adapt their program for the better, with an easy-to-use and eye-catching interface.”

He added: “We’re delivering that with CWT AnalytIQs – it’s a standout product for CWT and a significant leap forward from other tools available today.”

Cindy Morse Corporate Travel Services Manager at Shell Oil Company concluded: “I am very happy that CWT has created a forum for their customers to help drive the strategy and direction of CWT AnalytIQs. As one of the pilot users, I’ve found the features that are being developed a major step forward.”
