Introducing the Conference Center of Las Vegas

Formerly called IPEC Las Vegas, Las Vegas’ most unique free-standing venue now has a name that matches its capabilities. Venue offers 20,000 square feet of conference space, 10,000-square-foot ballroom, 48 onsite guest rooms.

LAS VEGAS – The Conference Center of Las Vegas, formerly called IPEC Las Vegas, announces a new name selected to highlight its most distinctive feature – that it is the destination’s only free-standing conference and special events center. Encompassing 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting, seminar, training event and wedding space, as well as 48 onsite guest rooms, the Conference Center of Las Vegas is conveniently located 5 minutes from McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

“By becoming the Conference Center of Las Vegas, we are confident our capabilities -which are so completely unique in this market- will be even more clear to prospective clientele,” explained Michael Fiorentino, general manager, The Conference Center of Las Vegas. “Our satisfied customers have told us time and time again how grateful they are to have a venue like ours for the first time, free from the distraction of the casino-resorts yet located in the center of the meetings, events and weddings capital of the world.”

The Conference Center of Las Vegas represents a welcome departure from typical Las Vegas event venues housed in bustling hotel-casinos. Elegant yet understated white and gold decor, a stunning 5,000-square-foot entryway punctuated by dual curving staircases and a soaring, 29-foot-tall ceiling greet guests upon arrival. The venue’s 10,000-square-foot ballroom can comfortably accommodate festivities encompassing up to 720 guests for a reception or 450 for a seated dinner.

Not a hotel, The Conference Center of Las Vegas offers its 48 guests rooms exclusively to clients who book the facility. Of these, 46 guestrooms include two queen-sized beds, a bathroom, desk and sitting area. Two one-bedroom accommodations have a master bath, living room and wet bar, while one four-bedroom accommodation offers three baths, a living room, dining room and kitchen.

Onsite services available include 2 large, customizable LED screens, including one 22-foot-high screen in the foyer and one 22-foot-wide screen in the south lobby; state-of-the-art audio/visual, wireless and production services; an expansive registration area; business center services; 24/7 security; onsite parking for 200 vehicles and a 2,500-square-foot kitchen. Preferred caterers, including Masterpiece Cuisine and Cut and Taste, offer customized food and beverage services 24 hours a day.
