Livingstone Safaris and Reservations Africa to join forces

Until 1 March 2013 qwner-director Jocelyn Miller will remain the personal point of contact for all her client bookings.

Effective 1 March 2013, Reservations Africa will be integrated into Livingstone Safaris.

Owner-director Jocelyn Miller will, for the foreseeable future, remain the personal point of contact for all her client bookings. From this date, all new reservations, payments and invoicing will be handled through Livingstone Safaris on behalf of Reservations Africa.

Reservations Africa’s long standing client base originates predominantly from the USA and Canada. Recognizing Livingstone Safaris’ exemplary business record and vast experience with upscale clients from these and other source markets which include Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Continental Europe and the Far East, this exciting partnership heralds a new era in the respective companies.

Livingstone Safaris was established by Sussi Galley in Harare in 1993. An Africa enthusiast of Swedish-British descent, Sussi has made it her life’s work handcrafting unforgettable trips in Southern Africa for a discriminating clientele. On 19 July 2013, Livingstone Safaris will celebrate 20 years of successfully providing ‘Inspired Journeys, Timeless Moments’ in Africa. Next year also happens to be Livingstone Safaris’ namesake, Dr David Livingstone‘s, bi-centennial birth date celebration.

“Well known to the safari community, Sussi is a well-connected, passionate business woman and safari connoisseur. The reasons for my aligning Reservations Africa to Livingstone Safaris are many. It was a natural choice for me. Livingstone Safaris’ infrastructure and experienced, caring team consistently deliver service excellence I can trust. Also, the fact that Sussi invests heavily in her hand-picked team, makes Livingstone Safaris one of the best travelled, most knowledgeable teams of Southern Africa experts in the safari business. “ – Jocelyn Miller, Reservations Africa.

“As South Africa’s pioneer safari company booking safaris to all of Southern Africa, I have a great respect for Joss’s consummate professionalism and keen business acumen; naturally, I am thrilled with Joss’s decision. The forthcoming synergy between Reservations Africa and Livingstone Safaris is one to be celebrated.” – Sussi Galley, Livingstone Safaris.
