M&I Forums to sell out their flagship event

Despite an increase in capacity to match the growing demand that followed the success of 2013, this year’s M&I Forum Europe Spring will reach full capacity in the next few weeks.

Meeting & Incentive Forums have announced their flagship event M&I Forum Europe Spring, taking place July 1-5 in Istanbul, will be sold out within the forthcoming weeks.

Despite an increase in capacity to match the growing demand that followed the success of 2013, this year’s event will reach full capacity in the next few weeks. This increased number of attendees will bring the total number of scheduled meetings at the event to 16,200.

Over 300 suppliers from the MICE industry will attend – a 20% increase on last year’s Spring Forum. Suppliers from 29 countries, including destinations in Western Europe as well as Russia, Iceland, Singapore, Azerbaijan, the United States, Montenegro and the UAE, will present their portfolios.

Matching this record number of suppliers, a total of 440 buyers will attend the event, which takes place over 4 days at the Hilton Bomonti Istanbul. The additional 74 buyers recruited compared to last year’s spring event bring the total purchasing power of buyers to 1.1 billion Euros. MICE buyers at the Forum will predominantly represent the United Kingdom as well as Germany and France.

Companies present at the event include: Universal WorldEvents, Banks Sadler, Grass Roots, MCI, Allen & Overy, Deloitte, Trinity Conferences, IQPC, Amadeus, Incisive Media, Baker & Mckenzie, Intersport, Komatsu, Cartier, Vodafone… and many more.

To cater for the growing number of attendees, M&I Forums have invested in an extensive networking programme involving great dinner venues and partners – Hilton Bomonti, Hilton Istanbul, Ceragan Palace Kempinski and The Grand Tarabya – as well as enhanced technology which includes a messaging system between all delegates.
