Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre, in partnership with Seville Congress & Convention Bureau, SCCB, organised a visit to FIBES facilities for a large group of the MICE (Business Tourism) sector journalists as part of a Familiarisation Trip arranged by the Hilton Hotel Chain, after the opening of the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn in Seville.
This Familiarisation Trip programme also offered a visit and further presentation at Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre, both the conventional building and FIBES New Conference Centre.
The well-regarded Hilton Hotel Chain has organised this Press-trip addressed to the MICE sector journalists, such as the journals and magazines specialised in meeting and events (Meet-IN, Hosteltur, Gran Hotel) and the “Tourism, Leisure & Lifestyle” sectors’ publications (ABC Viajar, La Razón Viajes, Destinos, RENFE Landscapes from the Train, Grupo Zeta’s De Viajes y Viajas).

The group visited Seville New Conference Centre, getting to know one of its outstanding components, FIBES Auditorium, which can hold up to 3,557 people in its top version. The new building also has large, well-lit areas and it features multiuse rooms and zones, the originality of the project being a highlight with the ramp, indoor and outdoor exhibition areas, which make of it one of the best buildings to host all kind of big events in the country.
The group of MICE journalists showed their admiration to the new facilities and premises and they praised the high number of new possibilities that the New Conference Centre has brought about to host meetings of their sector. Nevertheless, they also pointed out the excellent, versatile facilities offered by FIBES conventional building as they also provide a wide range of possibilities for meetings and conferences.
