Musement launches first ever human concierge service available for free via its tours and activities booking app

Users of the popular online booking service can travel like a superstar with VIP treatment on the go for free in any supported city.

HOLLYWOOD – Musement, the online tours and activities booking service has launched a world first; a concierge service in each of its supported cities across the world. The human concierge service will enable all of Musement’s community to access the local knowledge and organisational prowess of its professional concierges, allowing them to make reservations, buy tickets or organise bespoke events and activities.

In a move that brings 5 star treatment to all users free of charge, users of the app will love the slick service on offer thanks to partnerships with existing professional concierges from hotels all over the world who have the know how and connections to best serve travellers. Providing real time assistance via an enhanced chat function, the service will be multi-lingual, supporting English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese speakers among others.

Musement’s proprietary concierge service is a world first and due to the inventive technology and business acumen behind the service it is quick to scale enabling Musement to expand to multiple countries available from December for users travelling in Milan, the service will then be rolled out to all key European cities in the first instance, followed by Musement’s most visited cities globally throughout 2016.

The concierges will be on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Musement’s app available for both iOS and Android, to service the needs of a full spectrum of travellers from the high end luxury voyagers to budget travellers. As simple as using any instant messaging application, the app seamlessly connects travellers with professional concierges in the city which they are currently visiting.

Users will be able to ask for recommendations, request reservations, tickets and additionally use the concierge service for fully customized events and activities. Once a user has sent a request they will start a 1:1 conversation with the concierge that accepted the request. If no available concierge accepts the request the Musement customer care service will pick up the conversation, providing assistance in place of an available city contact.
