“The Olympic Movement respects consistency of effort over time. We know that a good coach recognizes that the best athlete is likely to be the one who consistently shows up for training ready to put in the effort. With this in mind, I welcome South Africa’s repetition of its Sports and Events Tourism Exchange (SETE). I look forward to returning, ready to place specific world championships in South Africa”. – Mark Cooper.
