WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA – Marriott International, Inc. announced that a 248-suite SpringHill Suites and 250-suite TownePlace Suites will open on Friday, February 12, 2016. Located in the Flamingo Crossings Development Complex at the Western Entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, the hotels are developed and owned by JL-FX Hotel Development, LLC of Anchorage, AK, and managed by Yedla Management Company through its affiliate Revolutionary Road Hospitality Group of Huntsville, AL and Orlando, FL. Each property will have 1,500 square-feet of meeting space and will share a 4,700 square-foot outdoor resort-style swimming pool, 1,700 square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center, Seattle’s BestO coffee bar, a full-service restaurant and pool bar. The hotels will also feature a picnic pavilion, batting cages and a sports practice field.
Located less than one mile from the Western entrance to Walt Disney World Resort and with easy access to Route 429, Interstate-4 and the Florida Turnpike, the hotels are nearby to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Disney Springs formally Downtown Disney and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
