SuperShuttle officially launches brand in Cancun, Mexico

Governor Roberto Borge Angulo welcomes new transportation option.

CANCUN, MEXICO – SuperShuttle has officially inaugurated its branded shared-ride service in Cancun on May 7th, in conjunction with Mexico’s largest tourism conference, Tianguis Turistico, hosting a festive launch ceremony at Cancun International Airport.

Gov. Roberto Borge Angulo led the launch connecting this great Mexican destination with over 40 major airports in the U.S., France and UK through SuperShuttle operating partner in Mexico, Yellow Transfers, based in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

“SuperShuttle is a company that creates 600 jobs in Cancun and has 180 fully equipped units,” said Governor Angulo. “I’m sure they will provide quality service to the tourists who come to visit Quintana Roo through the Cancun Airport.”

Guillermo Ancira, Chairman of the Board for Yellow Transfers, said the goal is to attract more tourists from the U.S. and Europe, who are clients of SuperShuttle. “Thanks to this trusted brand, we hope to see more and more people traveling to Cancun and the Riviera Maya.”

ExecuCar, SuperShuttle’s private black car service is also available in Cancun and Riviera Maya.
