From 22 to 23 January 2014, meeting professionals will gather in Ljubljana for the 6th Conventa, South East European Exhibition for meetings, events and incentives. The new edition promises a great trade show with a strong supporting programme based on diverse educational programme.
The early birds already caught the worm. A good half of the expected 140 exhibitors representing the South East European region have already ensured their place at the upcoming show. Each year the show welcomes exhibitors from new countries; Turkey making the debut last year. This year organizers have decided to open a small exhibitor space also to Central European Countries. While the meetings offer of SEE presented at Conventa will remain on the highest level and will only grow, South East European exhibitors will also be accompanied by selected exhibitors from across the border.

The Conventa team may have set the same goals as last year for attendance, but the new edition will raise the quality of hosted buyers and definitely bring more heat to the meetings floor with extra experience, engagement, education, emotions, energy and entertainment. The highlight of the show will be the new educational programme. To keep hosted buyers and exhibitors in the loop and introduce them to the latest trends of the meeting industry, from marketing and sales to supporting technology and creativity, Conventa’s organizational team will carefully put together different educational modules for buyers and exhibitors. Educational programme at Conventa will be offering professional education at Conventa Academy, continuing with morning basic and expert level sessions and rounding up with Conventa Experts Corner, an all day long, short one-to-one sessions hosted by experts covering different meeting industry fields.
