P&O Cruises, has appointed Philip Price to the role of Head of Brand Marketing. Philip takes responsibility for the company’s Brand Marketing strategy, encompassing Customer Relationship Management, e-Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Services and Public Relations. He reports to Nigel Esdale, Commercial Director of P&O Cruises.



Philip joins P&O Cruises from his role of Brand and Communications Manager for Rolls Royce Motor Cars, having previously held marketing positions with Zurich Financial Services, Mitsubishi Motors and Land Rover UK.



Nigel Esdale, Commercial Director of P&O Cruises, says, “Philip joins P&O Cruises as Head of Brand Marketing at what is a very exciting time for P&O Cruises. We are currently preparing for the launch of Arcadia, the largest superliner to be built exclusively for British passengers, in April 2005 and this will be followed by a further ship, Artemis, in June 2005. Philip will lead the strategic development of the P&O Cruises brand and will be instrumental in retaining our pre-eminent position as the UK’s market leading cruise line.”
