Radius has appointed Vicky Fernandez de Larrea to the position of Executive Vice President, Shareholder Operations. Ms. Fernandez will manage the relationship between Radius and its shareholder travel companies, including management of the Regional Vice Presidents and oversight of the Multinational Corporate Sales function. She will also serve on the Executive Management Team that sets the strategic direction for the organization. Radius is one of the largest travel management networks in the world with 90 travel management companies operating 4,900 branch locations in 80 countries to produce USD 19.7 billion in sales.
Ms. Fernandez previously worked with Carlson Wagonlit Travel as Group Director, Global Account Management and has extensive operations, consultancy and account management experience. Prior work included process development and financial analyst positions with corporations such as Chrysler Europe, Monsanto Services International, and Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Fernandez, who will be based at both the US headquarters and UK international sales office, offered: “I look forward to working closely with the Radius corporate team and shareholder travel companies to ensure ongoing success in delivering excellent service. My top priority is to capture an even larger share of the market and to capitalize on Radius’ rapidly growing leadership position.
