Top-rated ultra luxury Seabourn Cruise Linewill be presenting its highly successful professional travel sales

seminar in 13 cities across the United States in the month of September.



Titled Success Strategies: What You Must Know About Today`s Luxury Traveler, the seminar, which was presented in more than two dozen markets last year, was developed by Seabourn in collaboration with renowned travel training specialist Dr. Marc Mancini. The content is based on extensive recent research into lifestyles and travel habits of luxury consumers. Mancini has organized this information in a lively and interactive format that includes clear, actionable conclusions.



Among other insights, attendees can expect to learn Seven Things You Must Know About Upscale Travelers, and Seven Success Strategies You Can Apply Immediately.



In 2003, the luxury segment proved to be the most resilient sector of the travel business, noted Deborah Natansohn, Seabourn`s president. That`s still true today, she continued, and that`s where agents who want to thrive should concentrate their efforts. All it takes is learning how to market and sell to the affluent.

Margo Olivetti, manager of Small World Travel in Mill Valley, CA attended the seminar in June, and came away with an enthusiasm about the level of service on Seabourn.
