Events by tlc, the internationally awarded company that organizes corporate events and unforgettable experiences for global customers, has just been reinforced with the integration of Victor Hugo in the sales team with a Business Development role.
Victor Hugo will be responsible for the business development on the 4 destinations where the company operates – Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Florida – following the growth moment of the company in the Ibero-American block. He will also be responsible to roll out the sales strategy with the clear goal of reaching the top 3 agencies on this economic bloc, in the next 2 years. With more than 15 years of experience in sales, Victor Hugo has worked at the Ritz-Carlton Group in Portugal and Moscow. His professional experience was developed and extended at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel and Crown Plaza Barcelona, where he was Sales Director and responsible for the Business and MICE segments.
When explaining the motivation for his integration in events by tlc, Victor Hugo reveals: "After working in the two largest international hotel chains, Marriott & IHG always focused on creating and delivering the most outstanding events, I/ve defined as a professional and personal objective to now work with a global character, from the conception until the final result of an event, this way I will have the possibility of investing all my creativity in the best solution for the client".
Victor Hugo has an adventurous spirit, having kitesurfing, motorcycling and traveling as his main hobbies.
