The system provides live up to date availability via an online calendar and accepts major credit and debit card payments over a secure gateway. Andy believes that the ability to offer credit card payments will be crucial in the next twelve to eighteen months.

The booking engine provides up to the minute reports via email and text message to ensure the ownwer is kept abreast of their villa’s status. This method of update free’s the owner from the computer and time consuming manner of exchanging emails with potential customers. The engine can also be ‘linked’ to via other internet websites centralising everything that the owner does and placing all bookings in one easy to manage calendar.
