Sharaf Aviation Services Academy (SASA), a division of Sharaf Travel L.L.C, is a respected and trusted Aviation Academy in the UAE. It is part of the Sharaf Group, which is one of the largest and most respected business conglomerates in the UAE. Recognized by KHDA and GCAA with International Recognition from IATA, it is the UAE’s first ICAO member school to provide ICAO/FIATA Dangerous Goods by Air Training program.
Being an ardent advocate of IATA’s ‘Go Green’ mantra, SASA had been appointed as the official IATA centre to conduct its very first online exams scheduled for 7th June 2015. This paperless initiative, the world’s first for IATA examinations, aimed at phasing out paper-based tests and deliver instant scores to the students who previously had to wait up to 6 weeks to get their results. According to Mr. Mohammad Kilani – IATA facilitator, “the response from the participating students has been overwhelming and is beyond our expectations.”
