Traditionally, tandem jumps for first-time jumpers are completed only during the day and prohibited to be conducted after sunset, due to their elevated risk and complexity, rendering them off-limits to first-time or novice skydivers until now.
Skydive the Strip holds the exclusive distinction as the only company authorized by the United States Parachute Association (USPA) to perform tandem skydives after sunset. Individuals with no prior skydiving background can now feel the rush of adrenaline of freefalling above the evening lights of the Las Vegas Strip, carefully guided by world champion, highly experienced instructors – the only two certified to perform tandem skydiving after sunset.
With safety at the forefront, Skydive the Strip has completed rigorous safety testing and received a unanimous vote of approval from the USPA board of directors and the safety and training committee to perform tandem skydives after sunset. Prior to the leap, Skydive the Strip’s tandem instructors will conduct one-on-one training in preparation so participants feel confident and well-prepared throughout the entire experience. The highly qualified team of champions and record holders have jump totals over 48,000 dives and over 100 years of experience combined, making the team some of the most experienced skydivers and camera flyers in the world.
