Following the February opening of the new Kilolani Spa at Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, the destination hotel on Maui announce an exclusive wellness escape, featuring a Morning of Mindfulness and Movement with Melissa Wood-Tepperberg of Melissa Wood Health, set to take place across March 21st – 25th 2024. This limited program will provide guests with the opportunity to engage in two intimate courses led by the fitness guru as well as a selection of luxurious and inspired treatments at Kilolani Spa.
Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is an entrepreneur and established figure in the health and wellness spheres who has cultivated a community of followers invested in a mindful and fit lifestyle. She is certified in yoga and Pilates, two practices that major influences in the Melissa Wood Health class development.
The Melissa Wood-Tepperberg Wellness Escape, which will span the weekend, offers a complete immersion into the enriched health-forward program at the resort. Guests who book the experience will be able to customize their stay, which comes inclusive of a 90-Minute Kilolani Spa Wellness Ritual at the discretion of the visitor, 60-Minute Massage or Facial, one treatment enhancement, the choice between a Halotherapy Infrared Sauna Session or Harmonic Meditation, and a Biostation Treatment, Radiant IV Therapy.
Also included in the escape is access to two of Melissa Wood Health’s signature classes that will be held onsite, instructed by Melissa Wood-Tepperberg. Restricted course sizes will ensure that each of those who reserve a space at the Melissa Wood-Tepperberg Wellness Escape are able to enjoy the signature mindful movement sessions in the zen setting for a fully revitalizing visit.
Those unable to attend the Melissa Wood-Tepperberg Wellness Escape and Morning of Mindfulness and Movement with Melissa Wood-Tepperberg of Melissa Wood Health, but still interested in joining in on the health-forward experience will be able to enjoy a pre-recorded session while staying at Grand Wailea across the next few months.
