ProVision forms strategic partnership with Sonata Venture Solutions

New alliance to empower the global hospitality industry with professional advisory on critical issues related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

DALLAS, TX – PROVision Partners, a leading global strategic growth marketing, technology, and commercial services advisory firm to the travel and hospitality industry, has finalized a strategic partnership with Sonata Venture Solutions, a leader in workforce development, leadership training, strategic planning and business strategy for DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) programs across multiple industries. The new alliance is intended to broaden the scope of ProVision’s services to address the growing impact of DEI-related issues on the culture of hospitality organizations and workplaces worldwide and enhance the performance of diverse teams.

As part of the strategic partnership agreement, Laura Meck, CEO of Sonata Venture Solutions will join ProVision as the newest member of its Board of Advisors. In addition to founding her company in 2008, Meck has spent over three decades in the hospitality industry, serving in leadership roles with technology companies, such as MICROS, Infor, MSI and Oracle.

“Over my 30+ year career in hospitality, I have seen the industry make great strides in diversity, equity and inclusion as well as leadership training and workforce development,” said Meck, Partner Sonata. “Our industry has long supported a community where people of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities feel welcomed and valued – as employees, partners, and as guests. By embracing DEI+ principles, we can continue to create workplaces and businesses that allow people to thrive as their authentic selves, leading to greater innovation, profitability, and social impact across the industry. We are thrilled at Sonata Venture to be working with the industry’s best at ProVision Partners as the DEI+ and Leadership Training Workforce Development Advisory team.”

The joint offering combines ProVision’s 30+ years of experience and expertise in the global hospitality market with Sonata Ventures’ proven ability to optimize financial and operational performance in other major industries, including aerospace and defense, federal agencies, healthcare, finance and manufacturing.

“As the hospitality market continues to experience staffing challenges and the global market deepens its commitment to diversity and inclusion, effective and inclusive workforce management is becoming even more critical to the success of hotel organizations and industry vendors around the world,” said David Chestler, President of ProVision Partners. “We are excited to align with Laura and the team at Sonata Venture Solutions to address these important issues and ensure the future of our industry.”
