Jet2

In addition to these successes, Jet2CityBreaks has also been named a Which? Recommended Provider for City Breaks for the third year running, with customers praising 22kg of luggage at no extra cost and exceptional customer service.

Jet2holidays is named the best company in Which?’s first ever survey ofAll-Inclusive Holiday Providers, and is also celebrating its recognition as a prestigious Which? Recommended Provider in no fewer than four categories (Beach and Resort Holiday Providers, All-Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers and Solo Holiday Providers).

The UK’s largest tour operator has been named a Which? Recommended Provider for All-Inclusive Holiday Providers, the first time that the consumer champion has hosted this category.

After surveying almost 2,000 Which? Connect panel members who have taken an all-inclusive holiday in the last two years, Jet2holidays topped the category with the highest customer score, scoring particularly well for value for money, transportation, organisation, how well the description matched the reality and crucially, for customer service. Which’s verdict concludes that “Jet2holidays has found another category to excel in”, with one guest summarising: “I now only book through Jet2. Other companies have let us down, but Jet2 always does us proud.”

In addition to this success, Jet2holidays is also celebrating becoming a Which? Recommended Provider for Beach and Resort Holiday Providers for the sixth year running. This comes after Jet2holidays achieved the highest customer score in Which?’s annual survey of over 8,000 travellers who were asked to rate their beach and resort package holidays over the last three years on criteria including the standard of customer service they received, how well descriptions of the holiday matched the reality, how well their trip was organised and value for money.

Jet2holidays’ successes do not end there. The company has also been named as a Which? Recommended Provider in the Family Holiday Providers and Solo Holiday Providers categories for the second year running. The package holiday specialist topped the survey of ‘Solo Holiday Providers’, with Which? highlighting Jet2holidays’ single occupancy rooms, adult-focused hotels and £30 solo traveller discount.

In a further demonstration of its continued and consistent commitment to delivering industry-leading customer service, Jet2.com is also a Which? Recommended Provider for Airlines and Jet2Villas is a Which? Recommended Provider for Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad. This means that the companies are named as a Which? Recommended Provider in every single category it is possible for them to be included in – seven categories in total: Beach and Resort Holiday Providers, All Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers, Solo Holiday Providers, City Breaks (Jet2CityBreaks), Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad (Jet2Villas) and Airlines (Jet2.com).

On top of those successes, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays also won Travel Brand of the Year for the second consecutive year at the Which? Travel Awards 2023 in June.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “As we approach the peak booking season, this detailed study by Which?, the UK’s consumer champion, should act as a true guide for customers and independent travel agents who want to know who they should trust when it comes to booking those all-important holidays. Across all of our brands, we are named as a Which? Recommended Provider no fewer than seven times which is a truly fantastic reflection of the hard work we put into delivering industry-leading customer service. As well as our consistent success in every category, what makes this recognition special is the fact that it is based on the actual experiences of paying customers. No matter what type of holiday it is, this detailed and robust research by Which? shows that you are in the best hands when you make a booking with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.”
