Climate: Subjective sensation plays a major role in how we perceive weather. What is too cold for one person is too warm for another. Weather which seems extreme to one person is nothing unusual to another. In principle, all types of weather are normal, only the frequency of events fluctuates.
Temperature: Temperatures can fluctuate greatly within 24 hours. An average taken over several years gives the range occurring most frequently. This graph shows the average maximum and minimum temperatures in one month plus the average monthly temperature
