Loews Nashville Hotel pilots text message concierge service

Upon checking in, guests can opt to register their mobile telephone number at the hotel’s reception which will allow them to make text requests for the entirety of their stay.

Tech-savvy travellers staying at the luxurious Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Nashville won’t have to trek down to the lobby or call reception from their rooms to get fresh towels or room service in 2014, as Music City’s premier property is now piloting a new “text concierge” system which allows guests to make requests via text message.

Upon checking in, guests can opt to register their mobile telephone number at the hotel’s reception which will allow them to make text requests for the entirety of their stay. Using a personal text service programme called Zingle, guests can even text the hotel requests while they’re outside the property.

Located in Nashville’s exclusive Midtown, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel offers a contemporary yet comfortable retreat in the heart of Music City. Renovated in 2013, the hotel features 340 rooms, including 14 well-appointed suites and modern, tech-savvy gathering spaces to do business or casually mix and mingle.

The Southern-style restaurant, Mason’s, offers traditional Southern dishes with a French twist, while the rustic, public house-style bar, Mason Bar, serves local beers, wines and spirits in a casual cool setting. Just one mile from the famous Music Row and within walking distance of Vanderbilt University, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel boasts the ideal location to experience one of the country’s most.
