Platinum Card Members receive extra benefits at every Fine Hotels + Resorts. When guests book a Fine Hotels + Resorts stay through American Express Travel they will earn Membership Rewards points.

Every detail at The Reserve has been carefully curated to ensure guests a luxury stay with incredible accommodations. When guests arrive, they are connected with their own GEPA (Guest Experience Personal Assistant) to ensure a seamless visit. Private car services are also available for arrivals and departures to and from the Madeira International Airport. Upon arrival guests will find the Jacarandá Club, with a stunning rooftop pool and a panoramic view of Funchal.
