Seasoned Professionals, Laura Orfield and Andrew King, to Join Award-Winning Hotel in Columbus, Ohio.

COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Junto, Columbus, Ohio’s first independent lifestyle hotel, announce the appointment of Laura Orfield as its new Director of Commercial Strategy and Andrew King as the Director of Food and Beverage. With their extensive expertise and proven track records in the hospitality industry, Orfield and King are poised to elevate The Junto’s already exceptional guest experience and culinary offerings to new heights.

Orfield will play a pivotal role at The Junto as the Director of Commercial Strategy, having previously served in key leadership positions at renowned hospitality establishments such as The Lodge at Sonoma, Montage Los Cabos, The Ritz-Carlton, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Orfield honed her expertise in marketing, sales and revenue management at distinguished properties throughout her extensive 22-year tenure in the industry. An invaluable addition to The Junto’s leadership team, Orfield will spearhead the brand’s revenue management, digital marketing, advertising, and social media efforts.

Joining Orfield is Andrew King, assuming the role of Director of Food and Beverage at The Junto. With over 20 years of experience at top hospitality companies such as GENJIGO, Momofuku, and Hill Country Hospitality, King brings a wealth of culinary expertise and operational insight to the position.

“At The Junto, we believe that exceptional culinary experiences are integral to our guests’ overall enjoyment,” said Delcamp. “We are excited to welcome Andrew King to our team and are confident that his innovative approach and passion for culinary excellence will further enhance our offerings.”

King’s background includes collaborating with world-renowned chefs, developing menus, and overseeing the opening of numerous restaurants in New York and Boston. Most recently, as a partner and COO at the QSR concept GENJIGO, King spearheaded rebranding, remodeling and expansion initiatives throughout Columbus, overseeing all aspects of operations for eight locations.
