Four Points opens third hotel in Virginia

Owned and managed by Surfside Resort Inc., Four Points Virginia Beach Oceanfront features 99 fully renovated and spacious guest rooms with balconies overlooking the ocean or the boardwalk and 5,800 square feet of flexible, state-of-the-art meeting space.

Accelerating portfolio growth in key destinations across the globe, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced the opening of Four Points Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the brand’s third hotel in the state of Virginia. The recently converted Four Points hotel caters to the modern traveler with an emphasis on approachable design and stylish comfort.

Owned and managed by Surfside Resort Inc., Four Points Virginia Beach Oceanfront features 99 fully renovated and spacious guest rooms with balconies overlooking the ocean or the boardwalk and 5,800 square feet of flexible, state-of-the-art meeting space. Amenities including an indoor heated pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the brand’s iconic Best Brews and BBQ™, including refreshing local beers and seasonal BBQ-style appetizers in the hotel lounge – the ideal perfect spot to unwind with friends and colleagues. Guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant Jumpin’ Shrimp Oceanfront Bar & Grill and will be within close proximity of a variety of restaurants and shops along the Virginia Beach boardwalk and leading area attractions such as the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center and Ocean Breeze Waterpark.

Hotels expected to open in 2016 include Four Points Juneau, Four Points Little Rock Midtown, Four Points San Diego SeaWorld, Four Points Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port, Four Points Manhattan Midtown West, Four Points Peoria, Four Points Cleveland Airport, Four Points Dallas Fort Worth Airport North, Four Points Houston Energy Corridor, Four Points Grande Prairie (Canada), Four Points by Sheraton Sherwood Park (Canada), Four Points Changchun, Hi-Tech Zone (China), Four Points Srinager (India), Four Points Jakarta, Thamrin (Indonesia), Four Points Singapore Riverview (Singapore), Four Points Cuenca (Ecuador) and Four Points Cusco (Peru).
